4-Channel Fiber to 3G-SDI Receiver
The ORR 1804 is a compact 4-Channel Fiber to 3G-SDI receiver designed to overcome the limitations of distributing uncompressed, broadcast-quality video signals over long distances. It fits within 2RU height and does not require cooling.
When paired with a 3G-SDI optical transmitter (e.g. yellobrik OTT 1814, OTT 1812), it becomes a cost-effective optical transmission/ receiver system for 12G-SDI signals up to 2k DCI while preserving full uncompressed quality.
The ORR 1804 has four completely independent 3G-SDI channels. Each will autodetect and re-clock any SDI fiber source prior to electrical conversion. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats.
As with all yellobrik modules, it is compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame, which provides power redundancy.
