4-Channel 3G-SDI to Fiber Transmitter
The OTT 1814 is a compact 4-Channel 3G-SDI to fiber transmitter designed to address the restrictions involved with the distribution of uncompressed broadcast quality video signals over long distances. It fits within 2RU height and does not require cooling.
When paired with a 4-Channel fiber to 3G-SDI receiver (e.g. ORR 1804) it becomes a cost-effective dual channel optical transmission/ receiver system for 3G-SDI signals up to 2k DCI.
The OTT 1814 has four completely independent channels. Each will auto-detect and re-clock any 3G/1.5G/SD-SDI source prior to optical transmission. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats.
Like all yellobrik modules, it is compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame, which provides power redundancy.
