The ORR 1802-2 is a compact 2-Channel Fiber to 3G-SDI receiver designed to overcome distance limitations in the distribution of uncompressed, broadcast-quality video signals. When paired with a compatible 3G-SDI optical transmitter (such as the yellobrik OTT 1812-1, OTX 1812, or OTX 1842), it delivers a cost-efficient optical transmission and reception solution for 3G-SDI signals up to 1080p60, ensuring pristine, uncompressed image quality.

The ORR 1802-2 has two completely independent 3G-SDI channels. Each will auto-detect and re-clock any 270Mbit/s, 1.5Gbit/s and 3Gbit/s SDI fiber source prior to electrical conversion. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats.

As with all yellobrik modules, it is compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame, which provides power redundancy.
