3G-SDI to Fiber Transceiver
The OTR 1810-1 is a Fiber to 3G-SDI transmitter and receiver combined in a single self contained package. It is a convenient and cost effective solution to address the restrictions involved with the distribution of uncompressed broadcast quality video signals over long distances.
Each OTR 1810-1 transceiver has an independent transmitter and receiver channel, which provides an effective solution for any 3G-SDI signal up to 1080p60 while preserving full uncompressed quality.
It will auto-detect and re-clock any 3G/1.5G/SD-SDI source prior to conversion. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats. It can be pre-assembled with a Single-mode 1310 nm or Multi-mode SFP. CWDM SFPs support significantly longer optical distances and must be ordered separately with the required operating wavelength.
As with all yellobrik modules, it is compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame, which provides power redundancy.
