1GbE Simplex Fiber Transceiver 20km
Description
The OH-BD-51-1550-LC bi-directional gigabit fiber transceiver is available as an integrated (pre-assembled) or plug-in option for select Lynx Technik yellobrik, greenMachine and Series 5000 products. This SFP module transmits and receives an optical data signal over a single fiber link. The TX wavelength is fixed at 1550nm and suitable for distances up to 20km**. The receiver accepts wavelength ranging from 1260nm to 1360nm. The module supports both 1.25Gbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet) and 1.063Gbit/s data rates.
A build-in SFP socket (“cage”) is present on supported Lynx Technik products for easy installation or upgrades. SFPs are hot-swappable to provide maximum workflow flexibility.
