The WFM 1801 is a handheld, multifunctional waveform monitor designed to meet the demanding monitoring needs of field production and equipment installation. Powered by a rechargeable battery, it provides the convenience and flexibility of portable monitoring without compromising performance. By combining waveform monitoring, vectorscope, and audio monitoring, the WFM 1801 offers a comprehensive solution for complex video and audio systems.
Equipped with a 5-inch capacitive LCD, the monitor delivers a clear, high-quality preview of incoming video signals. The display supports monochrome waveform, vectorscope, and up to 16 channels of audio monitoring with multiple audio scale options. Additional features include SDI error count calculation, SDI cable length measurement, and a convenient display of SMPTE 352M VPID payload hex values.
When paired with the PTG 1802 Test Pattern Generator, the WFM 1801 provides a complete, palm-sized testing and monitoring solution, saving time and enhancing efficiency in both field production and equipment installation workflows.
